Subsidy under this scheme can be availed for construction of New Wells.
This is a beneficiary oriented programme limited to agriculture purpose inclusive of horticulure crops but excluding agriculture based industries.
The beneficiary shall be
1. Individual farmer ( having agricultural land) with minimum holding of 0.2 hactares.
2. Group of farmers ( having agricultural land with adjescent survey nos.) with minimum holding of 1.00 hactare.

min diameter should be 4 mts min depth should be 6 mts Providing and installation of three phase electrical/diesel water pump set of min 1HP capacity with accessories like suction pipe foot valve etc installation and commissioning of pump of capacity 3HP and above shall be incase of having benefitting area 1Ha. and above. | 50% of the cost of Rs. 75,000 whichever is less. |
| Bore Wells | |
min diameter should be 100 mm min depth should be 20 mts Providing and installation of three phase electrical/diesel water pump set of min 1HP capacity with accessories like suction pipe foot valve etc installation and commissioning of pump of capacity 3HP and above shall be incase of having benefitting area 1Ha. and above. | 50% of the cost or Rs. 75,000/- whichever is less. |
